In the event of an After Hours Emergency, the following 24-hour services are available.

Important to Note: All services are for emergency building matters only – not routine maintenance items that can be managed during business hours and should be reported to our office. You may be liable for non-emergency or non-common property service fees if you arrange a service that is not warranted. The type of items that may require emergency or after-hours service would include burst or leaking pipes causing substantial flooding, storm damage, power failure, failure of the garage gates and broken glass.

Emergency contacts are for owners only. Tenants must report any urgent work to their letting agent/landlord. Where possible, it is preferable that a Strata Committee member places the emergency calls.
