Paul Fletcher
Owner & Company Director
A wealth of experience in property and strata sectors. Highly skilled with client liaison and managing group dynamics in meetings. 20 years of experience and dedicated to smooth project management and budget/finance management.
Fran Hodder
Accounts Manager
Expert in all aspects of insurance, arrears and account payments. Highly respected by clients for her friendly nature and accommodating assistance.
Each team member has shown initiative in taking on responsibility for their role and developing it into one made up of best-practice procedures.
We are committed to on-going education to optimise and provide exceptional service by ensuring all strata managers and staff members are equipped with up to date information and knowledge in relation to relevant legislation by undertaking continuing professional development and educational courses and seminars.
Our two Directors, Desi & Paul Fletcher, are seasoned professionals who have over 60 years’ combined experience in Strata, Property and Contract Management resulting in an extremely high capacity for Strata Management.
Managing Director and Licensee in Charge Desi Fletcher, Licensed Strata Managing Agent for 25 years, is an experienced professional who joined Bonded Strata Management in 1989 and became the second owner of the company in 1998 together with her husband, Paul Fletcher.
Paul Fletcher is Director and a Licensed Strata Manager who brought to the company 35 years of experience from the Banking industry where he had a strong and comprehensive background in corporate property and contracts and Occupational Health & Safety Management. Desi and Paul both have a fervent and abiding commitment to exceptional service delivery.
Fran Hodder has been with us for 23 years, has a NSW Fair Trading Certificate of Registration in Strata, and has a wide range of experience in strata, accounting, bookkeeping, organises collation of information and submission for Income Taxation, GST and PAYG returns for our strata plans, payment of contractors using multiple cross-reference systems to optimise the process, insurance claims and renewals, high level people-skills (loves talking with and assisting people), staff management, ensures our office operates like a well-oiled machine.
