Following the Four Corners program on 9th September 2024, it's important to highlight that there are many dedicated professionals working hard and doing the right thing in the challenging strata sector, including Bonded Strata Management.

While it is essential to expose unethical practices, we are concerned that this can unfairly impact public perception of the entire strata management industry.

You may have seen the recent media reports in which Bonded Strata Management was named in the Sydney Morning Herald and A Current Affair in a story regarding an Earlwood couple facing bankruptcy. Those stories contained many falsehoods and did not provide a complete or accurate account of the facts.
